Founded by Arvind Soni in 2017, Leroma Organics began with a simple observation: while the demand for organic, sustainable, and handmade products was growing globally, there was a clear gap between what brands needed and what was actually available—truly handmade products, consistent quality, ethical pricing, and reliable production. At the same time, many skilled artisans had the craftsmanship but lacked steady work, fair exposure, and access to global markets. Leroma Organics was created to bridge this gap. Based in New Delhi, India, we are a collective of artisans producing handmade, eco-friendly products for conscious skincare and wellness brands around the world. We are not a profit-driven unit. Our focus is on creating sustainable livelihoods for our artisans—especially women—while helping brands source authentic, responsibly made products they can stand behind.
Every product we create is made by hand using natural and responsibly sourced materials. By avoiding mass production, we reduce carbon emissions, preserve traditional skills, and ensure each product carries a genuine human touch. We specialize in handmade accessories such as cotton bags, muslin cloths, wooden tools, and other sustainable packaging and skincare essentials. We work closely with our B2B partners to customize products, maintain dependable quality, and support brands in delivering a thoughtful experience to their end customers.
